The best part about picking your own exercises is that you can use this builder everyday without being stuck in the same routine. If you have trouble knowing what to do at home or the gym this is perfect for you!
Here is how it works:
Choose 3 exercises from each category by the end you will have a full body burn. For each exercise you choose complete 10 reps x 3 sets. For example lets start with your upper body. Say you choose push-ups, arm circle, and tricep dips. Do 3 sets of 10 push-ups then 3 sets of 10 arm circle and so on… Continue this until you have completed 3 exercises from each category.
Some of these moves may require some equipment so you can always pick the at home movements vs gym movements based on the type of workout that fits best for you!
