You can do anywhere in under 15 minutes!
Begin with your back flat on the ground and your knees bent at a 90-degree angle. Use your core strength to bend and your waist and lift your back off the ground. Keep your upper half coming up until you reach your toes. Then lay back down, still using your core to slowing return to your starting position.
Tighten your core to lift your back up slightly off the ground. Reach side to side and touch your left then right foot, almost like a waddling penguin.
Bend at your waist and use your core to keep your back and legs off the ground. Bend your knees at a 90-degree angle. Twist and tighten your core as you twist your upper body from one side to another.
Rest your forearms and feet on the ground and use your core to hold the rest of your body up. Make sure you keep your back flat and in line with your butt and legs as much as you can. Avoid having a big bend at the hips.
