Grow those glutes for a bigger bottom!
This exercise set consists of 4 different moves which can be completed at home or at the gym. No phone or equipment needed for this set. Always warm up before your exercise to activate your glutes for better results, try warming up with these simple moves
Donkey Kick Backs, Donkey Side Kicks, 5 Min Jog
Start with your legs spread shoulder-width apart. Squat down keeping your legs at a 90-degree angle and jump up from your squat position landing in the same squat position you started in. Repeat these jumping squats for 10-12 reps at a time x 4 sets
Start with your legs together. Take one leg and large step forward and bend your leg to make a 90-degree angle. From your lunge, step back toward your starting position. Follow the same steps with the other leg. Repeat both legs for 10-12 reps at a time x 4 sets
Find a higher sturdy and safe surface that you can step on. You can use anything from park benches, dining room chairs or a high stepping stool. Start by standing in front of your elevated surface. Place one leg on the top of your surface and step up so both legs meet at the top. Take the same leg and step back down to the floor so both feet meet on the floor again. Repeat these steps with your other leg.
Shoot for 10-12 reps x 4 sets
Begin this exercise lying down on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Make sure your feet are spread to shoulder width apart. Thrust your hips up into the air so your knees are at a 90-degree angle. Release and come back to your laying position. Repeat these movements for 10-12 reps x 4 sets
Wrap – Up
Mix in these exercises consistently to your workout routine for 3 to 4 weeks and you will begin to see a change. Make sure to rest in between each set and each exercise.
You can easily do all these exercises in the comfort of your own home or you can take them to the gym! If you want to increase the difficulty try adding on more sets or even weights.
You can hold dumbbells in each hand while doing the exercises to challenge yourself and grow those glutes even faster.
