Snacks: the hardest part of a diet.
I NEVER know what to get at the store or cook at home for my mini-meals in between meals. I am a huge snack person, just not very creative when it comes to snacking. So I have put together my top 15 favorite keto snacks (with a few desserts) that you can easily prep to have ready when hunger hits! I not only love snacks but I believe they are an important part of anyone’s diet. They help keep your metabolism running, satisfy cravings and keep you from overeating because you’re starving by the time your next meal rolls around.
I traveled home this weekend to see the fam, and I realized that I struggle with controlling my snacking. It’s far to easy to grab a little something here and there and not realize it could be adding up to a lot more calories/carbs/sugar than you think! With that being said, there is a smart way to snack! Even though these are mini-meals it is still important to fuel yourself with natural (in my opinion) healthy foods.
So let’s take a look at how we can make snacking exciting and fulfilling again! Try out a few, or all of them and comment below what your favorite keto snack is!
