Let’s be honest– getting yourself to the gym can be a challenge some days!
Sometimes I can’t wait to get to the gym and I crush my workout and somedays I come home from the long day and have to drag myself off the couch, life’s all about balance am I right? 😛
SO for the days that you don’t want to or maybe don’t time to trek all the way to the gym these at home workouts are perfect! Plus you don’t have to have any equipment at home, which I love, because I got nada!
These HIIT workouts make me feel like I got an amazing workout in the comfort of my own home, all under an hour. How awesome is that?
Let’s get ready to sweat: Just a suggestion and what I usually do:
I prop up my phone with my pop socket so I can watch the moves (you can mute and put on some good tunes or Netflix) and get movin.

Brutal HIIT Ladder 20 Minute Workout
One of my favorite HIIT workouts to complete at home!
This is a true killer workout, I completed this one tonight and no joke, I am already feeling it. It’s one of those “tough to get through but totally worth it” workouts because you feel absolutely amazing afterward.
The best part is, you get a sweaty effective workout all in 20 minutes–and trust me you won’t want it to last any longer than that.
Fitness Blender (the peeps who make these videos) do an amazing job and I personally love all of their videos so make sure to check them out!
15 Minute Fat Burning HIIT Workout
These 15 minutes are no joke people, no joke!
How awesome is it that on your busy days, you could do a 15 minute HIIT maybe throw some abs into the mix and boom, done for the day.
Use a space where you have a little bit of room to move around cause you’ll definitely be burning some calories with this one.
I have mentioned in some recent posts that I am getting into meal prepping and tracking (loosely) what I eat, my goal is to lose some fat before summer really hits.
Your fat will be crying after this one and if you’re really feeling motivated, try doing it twice 🙂
HIIT The Ground Running

Like I said I love them and they are so effective. Sometimes getting yourself to the gym is a whole effort itself so these at home workouts really come in handy.
The title isn’t lying, this is INTENSE. So grab your sweat towels and ice cold water bottle case you’re going to need it.
With 3 rounds consisting of different movements, the 33 minutes really goes by fast and you will 100% be feeling this one tomorrow.
Intense 30 Min Full Body HIIT Workout
Nothing better than a full body workout–it just makes you feel good all over.
At the gym I split up my days between legs, arms, cardio, HIIT…you get the idea, but at home feel more limited because I don’t have weights and all the equipment at my fingertips.
Well, this is the perfect alternative to any gym workout. You may be thinking that you won’t get as “good” as a workout as you would at the gym but think again.
This is seriously effective and I think you’ll fall in love with HIIT once you give them a try.
15 Minute Fat Burning HIIT
Back to fat burning! Even if cutting fat isn’t your fitness goal at the moment, I think it’s great to have a fat burning workout in your back pocket–ready whenever you need it.
This is definitely the one to have on hand! I love to do this one on a day after I have gone out for a few drinks or smash on an amazing cheat meal, it makes me feel like I am getting back into the grind and right back on track.

30 Minute HIIT Cardio + Abs
Who else struggles to do ab workouts? I know I do.
For some reason its SOO boring to me, definitely my least favorite part of any workout. I usually try to avoid it which I shouldn’t when trying to focus on losing belly fat but ughhh.
This workout is a perfect way to work up a sweat, burn calories, and fit in my abs without it being a drag.
Just 30 minutes at home and you’ve completed your workout for the night, abs and all. I love that it can be so quick yet effective.
You don’t have to feel guilty doing a quick workout when they are so effective!
45 Minute Tabata Cardio HIIT
Time to switch it up–Tabata. This is one of the longer HIIT workouts, 45 minutes!
After completing a 15, or 30-minute one you may be hesitant to commit to 45 minutes. This is definitely a challenging one for me because…
ughhh cardio (is hardio) 😉
BUT you can save this one for when you’re really feeling like busting out a killer workout, or if you wanna challenge yourself, or if you’re blessed with endurance.
Either way, you can not go wrong with this Tabata HIIT, another one of my favorites!
Belly Fat Burner HIIT
While trying to target fat loss as my current fitness goal– I struggle with losing my belly fat, anyone else?!
It has always been my problem area and it seems to be the last place my body wants to drop any fat. So I love to do this belly fat burner HIIT
I ramp up my cardio a bit when trying to lose fat, so HIITs are perfect. Adding in some abs to really target the tummy makes for an effective workout, making me feel whipped into shape!
Bodyweight HIIT Cardio Workout
Let’s talk bodyweight workouts! Obvi perfect for at home because you don’t need any extra equipment to get a full body burn, that’s what I’m talkin about!
Does anyone ever feel like bodyweight just doesn’t do the trick? Personally, weights make me feel like I am working harder…
Changed my mind once I tried this bodyweight workout, oooweee, you will be sore the next morning–make sure to give it your ALL for the full 30 minutes. You won’t regret it.
HIIT Workout With 20 Different Exercises
YES to 20 different exercises!
I can get bored with the same old workout moves and routines at the gym, which is why I have moved from running to weights.
I can promise you that you will not be bored with this HIIT workout including 20 different moves.
You will probably perform some that you haven’t yet–which is great for your body. When you do the same moves all the time your body gets used to them.
Switching them up works your muscles, even more, building them back even stronger! Give this one a try and let me know what you think!
