Welcome to UghCardio! I’m Casey, just a 23-year-old girl trying to live her best life. My love for fitness started when I began training for my first marathon, I later completed another full, 2 halves, and a handful of 5ks.
I started getting into weight lifting in college and absolutely loved it, now I like to combine weights and a tad (and I mean just a tad) of cardio because… ughhh!
My hope is to provide awesome and effective workouts and recipes for you all to use while you go through your own fitness journey.
