I am definitely the kind of person who needs something sweet at the end of the day. I usually like to eat a piece of chocolate.. that eventually turns into 4 to satisfy my sweet tooth. I love sweet and crave them after a healthy meal! I know it can be hard to stop yourself after a small slice or one piece of candy (at least for me) so I think finding healthier options is important, that way you can live a balanced life style
I think it’s important to keep the balance of 80/20. You shouldn’t cut out all snack food, sweets, fast food and bad things for you BUT instead keep them in moderation. It’s okay to have a piece of cake here and there but don’t eat a whole tub on ice cream every night. I am conscious of the things I put into my body because that is my fuel
I’m not perfect and will most definitely smash on some Chick-fil-A cause who can say no to that? If you are looking for healthier options to take care of your sweet tooth, check out these 7 skinny recipes that still taste amazing!
