Third- you can make them the night before so all you have to do in the morning is grab, go and enjoy! Fourth- It is a healthy way to start your day while also keeping you full throughout your morning! I could keep going on about how great overnight oats are cause I seriously love them so much!
I make them almost every single day for breakfast switching up the fruits I put into them. I always add chia seeds to mine because why not? Just another healthy super food to throw on top that you won’t even notice your eating!
